Pajama Party Sale – January 28 

The Village at Winona’s Pajama Party Sale is January 28th, 2017, 7:00 am to 10:00 am.  There’s just one catch, you must be wearing your pajamas to receive a discount at the participating stores!  It is a great way to celebrate the savings at The Village’s one-of-a-kind shops and galleries.  See you bright and early!

Fat & Skinny Tirefest – May 19-21

Fat & Skinny Tire Fest is a fun-filled weekend centered around bringing cycling enthusiaists and participants together to share the enjoyment of cycling and the healthy related benefits it provides.  Furthermore, we aim to emphasize an attitude of wellness, enjoyment and options available for all ages of cycling enthusiasts in our community. 

Art Fair – June 3-4

An outdoor Art Fair nestled in The Village at Winona will showcase up to 70 different artists from all over from many different mediums such as watercolors, mixed media, woodcarving, oils, photography and fabrics. This is a free event and will include Sean Fitzpatrick, a 3D chalk illusionist performing his work live on Saturday on Canal St. Come watch as he turns this flat road into something amazing throughout the day. This event also will include a silhouette artist that will cut out silhouettes for free as well live musicians under the pavilion and a food court with many different types of food to enjoy!

Exotic Car Show – June 17

Have you ever seen an exotic car on television or in a magazine and wondered if you could ever get up close to one?  Saturday, June 17 will be your chance to do so.  Partnering with Dream Makers Automotive out of Ft. Wayne will present us the opportunity to have exotic cars in their bright colors on display here in The Village along the canal.  

4th of July Celebration – July 1

Come enjoy a fun filled Saturday (July 1st) as The Village at Winona and the Town of Winona Lake hot the annual 4th of July celebration.  There will be an outdoor concert in the grassy area across the street from the Boathouse around an hour or so before the start of the fireworks.  The grand Winona Lake Firework Show will be at dusk.

Canal Days – September 2

Looking for a place to spend your Saturday on Labor Day weekend? Canal Days in The Village at Winona is going to be the place to be. With craft vendors and food vendors throughout, shops will be having sales on their porches.

Oktoberfest/Porsche Festival – October 7

An afternoon of just that, celebrating Germany’s longest going event right here in The Village at Winona.   It will start off with a Porsche only car show taking place right along the canal, with fall festival type activities to follow and will go all afternoon.  At 12 pm, the celebration really kicks off with beer tasting of many different types of Oktoberfest style beers and others as well as live music and food vendors with various German style foods and will go until 4 pm, which will conclude the events in The Village.  The car show is free to enter, but we are asking that you preregister your cars make, model and year at

Tree Lighting Ceremony – November 25

Come and join us from 1:30 until 7:30 for an afternoon of outdoor fun in an effort to support Toys for Tots before the annual tree lighting, which will be held in the empty lot next to Eagle Creek/Orthocity BBQ.  We are asking you bring a new, unwrapped toy to be able to enjoy hot chocolate, cookies, a train ride, a campfire everyone can warm up with and s’mores and live music to keep everyone entertained before we kick off the Christmas celebration.

Shipshewana Flea Market & Auction Barn

Date: May 2 through September 27, 2017

When: Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM.  Shipshewana Flea Market is a do-not-miss Hoosier tradition with nearly 900 booths in an open-air market covering 100 acres.  Open rain or shine!  Food courts, rest areas, scooter rental, parking $3.00.

Covered Bridge Festival

Date: Oct 13 – 22, 2017

Where: Bridgeton, Indiana.

This countywide festival, Indiana’s largest festival, always starts on the 2nd Friday in October and is nationally known as one of the largest. Enjoy visiting communities throughout the county with a wide array of shopping and a variety of food that is sure to please everyone. Bridgeton offers a wide array of crafters and vendors, a gristmill, the 1878 House, and Case Log Cabin.


Christmas Gift & Hobby Show

Date: November 9 – 12, 2017,  Wednesday & Thursday 10 am – 8 pm; Friday & Saturday 10 am – 9 pm; Sunday 10 am – 5 pm

Where: West Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.  Admission: $12, under 12 Free

This show is a five day power shoppers’ paradise!  Over 180,000 square feet of shopping space.  Merry Money Giveaways, Holiday Stage Entertainment, Merry Merchant Markdowns, Santa, Reindeer and more!  Jingle on in for a Holiday lift and get some of your Christmas shopping done early!
